3 Stages In Recalling Your Rep. Member or Senator and Why? SAMUEL DANAUTA KYARSHIK

3 Stages In Recalling Your Rep. Member or Senator and Why?

--------------------------------------------

I will begin with the why or whys?

One of the whys is the fact that we are currently paying too much for everything including things we are supposed to have free of charge. And some people think we are making progress as a state and as a nation. NO! We are not making progress. It is currently a situation of Too Much For Too Less!

Some of the whys are listed below:

1. They have failed to fix the rotten system impoverishing the wretched in the land.

2. They have refused to voice out or challenge bills meant to increase the suffering of the wretched in the land.

3. For being silent, they are part of the wickedness in the increase of food stuff, fuel, electricity tariff, etc. against Nigerians.

5. Add to the list please...

The systems is currently retrogressive both at the state and the national level!

We must change the game now...

Actions To Take!

-------------------------------------

Activate the civil article or we the people Article of recalling your representative at the national assembly. Nobody will do it for you...you have to do it.

1. The process to recall a Rep member or a Senator is started once the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) receives a petition signed by more than one-half of the persons registered to vote in that Reps or Senator’s constituency stating clearly that they have lost all confidence in the Rep member or the Senator to properly represent them. Make sure you keep copies. The petition must be signed, and arranged according to polling units, wards, Local Government Areas, in your constituency.

2. Verification. If the petition is valid, the Commission will proceed to do the following:

Notify the Rep or Senator sought to be recalled, announcing the receipt of the petition to recall them.

INEC will thereafter, issue a public notice or announcement stating the date, time and location of the verification.

INEC will next verify the signatures to the petition at the designation. The signatories must be individuals whose names are on the electoral voters’ register.

For the full process please get a lawyer to help your people get this done. I am not a lawyer but I think its high time we begin to recall this guys one after the other to salvage our States and Nation. This is the real politics.

Are you not tired of suffering? We can't eat because we can't afford to buy food anymore. We can't go to the hospitals because we can't afford to pay the bills. We can't even go to our farms because the herdsmen are waiting to attack us!

Why did you go to school if you can't challenge the status quo? Let's stop complaining and start doing the needful. Don't leave your future and the future of your children to a handful few who have no direction.

It can be done. It will take time and energy and even resources, but let's bare the pains and fight for our children. Recall them now and safe the future of Plateau and Nigeria.

Their excuses are too much. NO MORE EXCUSES! I can't kill myself!

PLATEAU AND NIGERIA ARE IN DIRE NEED OF VALUE BASED NO EXCUSE LEADERS!

THIS IS SDK from a value based no excuse leadership perspectives!
