rs who will push to the front are leaders with different eyes.
Max Plank said "When You Change The Way You Look At Things; The Things You Look At Change."(Max Planck was a German quantum theorist and Nobel Prize winner)
Every choice has a cost and consequence. Whatever state you find yourself in life is a choice you made. Whether you are rich or poor. Great or small. The choice to push to the front or the choice to remain at the back. The choice to rise to the top or the choice to remain at the bottom. These are all your choices. Truth is, the choice to push to the front requires a great deal of mental stretching from the very common conventional and societal way of thinking to the unconventional and non-societal way of thinking. That needs a different eye entirely….
You must have a mental shift as a leader to see differently. I have learnt to see things differently and one of the ways is to take responsibility for everything that happens around you. No blame game. Nothing like, it’s not my fault. Nothing like, it’s their fault. Taking full responsibility is what they call great and transformational leadership.
You Are Responsible
If anything will be it is up to you, that’s a thinking you must begin to have in order to push to the front well enough to get repositioned. Shift your gears and your sight will change. You must stop blaming people and start taking responsibility. You must refuse external control and take internal control of your persona. You must stop playing the victim and take responsibility for your life. How you respond to life is your personal responsibility. How you respond to issues and situations and circumstances are your personal responsibility.
There are always consequences to everything in life and that makes you 100% responsible for your academic success, your success at work, your marriage etc. you are making choices every day and you are meeting consequences every day.
Very fundamental to every transformational leadership is good sight, or good vision. Not a bad team. Not bad followers. Not bad environment. It’s only bad leaders. Hence, there is nothing like, “he is a good leader but the people around him won’t let him work”, that automatically makes him a bad leader without eyes.
The different eyes great leaders have makes them exceptional and that exception is coming because they see things differently by taking responsibility for everything within and around them.
