The Plateau Farmer and The AK-47
--------------------------------------------------
According to the BBC reports by Mansur Abubakar, ''an average cow in northern Nigeria costs about 100,000 naira ($260; £200) while an AK-47 on the black market could cost as much as 500,000 naira ($1,200; £950)''. (17/7/2020, BBC News Africa).
I don't know a farmer on the Plateau who is willing to purchase an AK47 for N500k, when they can hardly afford fertilizer and other farm machineries to farm properly.
I don't even know how many farmers on the Plateau who make up to N500k annually from farming talk more of owning an AK-47.
It is this poor farmers who are innocently killed on a daily basis on the Plateau. Enough is enough. We will not take it anymore.
My Stand on Security
Kill and be killed. If you don't value lives on the Plateau, your life will not be valued. If you commit a crime on the Plateau, the law will find you, arrest you, prosecute you and carry out the sentence on you.
This is Value Based No Excuse Leadership with SDK.
