WHAT IS LEADERSHIP BREAKFAST MEETING ALL ABOUT?

The Leadership Breakfast Meeting (LBM) with Samuel DanAuta Kyarshik (SDK) is a free monthly transformational Leadership seminar purposely designed to unleash the leader in you, preparing you for leadership role now and in the nearest future. This is because we believe Leadership is everything. LBM is the initiative of the Center for Leadership and Development of Plateau Business School (PBS).

MISSION:
"To raise transformational & competent leaders whose purpose is to execute good governance and development."

At LBM, you are coached to be that leader. You are taught what it means to be a leader. You are shown the essence of leadership. You are trained to lead from the FRONT. You are taught boldness. You are shown the path to intelligence and coherence in leadership. You are trained in strategy and execution. And ultimately, you are shown how to lead from within at the front. 

LBM leads you to experience a personal METANOIA that lightens your inner path of leadership for personal and national transformation. 

You will learn to build capacity as an emerging leader. You will learn to lead transformation through disruption. We help you think like a LEADER. Look like a LEADER and act like a LEADER. 

Outcomes:
With LBM at any point, you will become a transformer. When that happens then You will be INEVITABLE and INDISPENSABLE.

The end of LBM is to make you a Value Based No Excuse Leader. 

Our materials are distilled from a series of successful training and research programs in Development studies, Leadership research work from leadership gurus around the world, Systems thinking, Design thinking, Leadership Intelligence, National Transformation Strategies, Team Dynamics etc.

The Convener  Samuel DanAuta Kyarshik-SDK is well-read and well-travelled. A very astute leader. He is a development consultant and a leadership expert consulting for companies home and abroad. He is the DG of the famous  Plateau Business School (PBS), an executive education institution.
